Title: Map Browsing
Post by: Simon Yardley on Nov 21, 2018, 02:53 PM
Well done for finding a fix for the Google maps issue. Noticed that when planning a route, the subsequent map can only be zoomed in or out but can't be recentred to zoom to different locations by dragging the map around. That is however available when browsing the map of a place via the Gazetteer. Are there plans to add this functionality to the journey plan maps?

I'm not sure - if its the one that appears in the Itinerary there may be a good reason why you can't do that.

Looking at the code, I did it deliberately.  I can't remember why though (I used to prevent it because of the way the background waterways worked, but that doesn't apply now)!

I can't now see any particular reason for it.

Stick it in as a bug/feature request to remind me and I'll properly experiment and check it doesn't do anything odd - and at worst will at least document the \"interactive: false\" line in the code!
