Print the navigation notes at the point needed

Hi Just used this excellent tool to complete my first ever outing on my boat from Milton Keynes to Scarisbrick Marina.  Just a simple request could we have an option to print the Navigational notes in the main PDF rather than at the end as footnotes.  I had 61 pages of instructions so instead of see Navigational note 22 (on page 61) could it just be inserted instead of the note telling me to look it up.  Minor point in my view to improve an excellent product

This might be a problem if the whole waterway has a navigation note (see [Rochdale Canal]). Currently this would cause it to print the same note at every place. Nick could print the navnote next to the place and the waterway navnote at the end (he will see this comment).
